MANCHESTER UNITED have submitted a £26million (€30m) bid to bring back former Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas to England.
United were said to be interested in Fabregas earlier in the summer, only for speculation to cool off when he stated his intention to stay at Barcelona.
However, with Bayern confirming the signing of Thiago Alcantara - the Premier League champions have moved to make a formal offer of £26m to Barcelona for Fabregas.
